People often ask me how I started painting pet portraits. I was drawing my cats when I was two years old and never stopped painting animals. 

They are my one true love! 

When I quit my job as a graphic designer (to paint full time) I would create paintings of my dogs and cats . As my work started getting juried into national and international competitions it was winning awards.

Friends starting asking me if I could paint their pets and that is how that part of my business began to grow! I feel so much joy from creating a one of a kind painting  for a client when I know how much they love their pet.

 I work with clients from all over the world. Getting on my waiting list is easy.  I need a small deposit (not 50%) and a minimum of 5-6 of your favorite photographs emailed to me. The more the better! If you live close to Winter Park, Florida I will try to visit and spend time with you and your pet. 

All sizes, prices and color choices will be discussed before the start of commission. The price list is just a basic face portrait.  I usually create a small study before the start of a painting for approval.

All portraits are painted on a 1 1/2 gallery wrap style canvas and will be varnished (unless a standard canvas is requested by the client.)

A 50% NON - REFUNDABLE down payment is required at the start of all commissions. When the commission is complete the remaining half plus the tax and shipping charges will be collected.

I will try and finish commissions in a timely fashion but I spend a lot of time creating these paintings. If you have a deadline please let know and I will do my best to accommodate it. Time lines vary on the size of the commission and my schedule.
